I like the introductory price which was a great incentive to try your program. However after the trial period the price dramatically rises to $99.00 per year. Why don't you offer a payment plan of a smaller amount each month. A monthly payment plan would help a lot for people affected by the pandemic. If you don't offer a monthly payment plan by the end of my trial period, I'll most likely cancel my subscription. Otherwise, I like your antivirus program.

Requested a refund before 30 days without ever activating, they told me I had been using it extensively, that they wanted to give me a deal; the deal was what I had already paid. When I said again I want to cancel they never responded. Unfortunately I was dealing with cancer treatment so failed to realize this. Now this year they charge a renewal fee, when I saw that I found notice in my junk. Told them I had cancelled and to return all funds. Again they tell me they want to give me a good deal, WHAT I PAID! They acknowledge the previous request but do nothing. Cleaned up my laptop easily and efficiently- Was great to use and prompts you to do the things you should. Good at freeing up disk space, general protection and very smooth to use. Icons are easy to read and work well.

Not like some Antivirus programs Total AV is very easy to navigate thru and is very simple to setup. Pricing is also great.

I used Total Av to see if I could free up 'other' space on my mac.
It gave me 90Gb free space, but I also had malware issues after using it so...

Simple and easy to use and have never had an issue ! my only complaint is they will give you free trials for add on without you asking and will automatically add and charge you for them unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Very Weird....downloaded the "FREE" download, only to find out it was "expired", even though I never used it. This happened immediately after I downloaded it. Then it mentioned a 70% off with no mention of even the cost before or after the 70% off. I am really leary as the ad said they wanted it in every household to have it for free. Is this a way to get into my/your computer and get information??? My advise: Don't download it!!
