At 83yrs old, I need all the help I can get. Total AV is the answer.

Overall the protection is good. I did not go with 5 stars due to all the "add-ons" they want you to buy. But I guess that's just part of the game. I will admit I have had no infections on my computer. The other thing is that you have to pay for 3 license keys, even if you only need one. I have 2 that will never be used.....I am certainly glad I got the "Special Introductory" rate and did not pay full price. Or so I am told.

Don't have to worry about security upkeep These guys are little robots slides all over the internet and if there is a threat BOOM THEY DIRECT YOU TO SLIDE. This company has whatever you need for keeping your information safe. Thank you all very much!

after visiting a site my computer starting dumping all its memory, I immediately unplugged and after restarting ran a scan though nothing was found as to why or how this happened. I'm somewhat suspect of this for several reasons. Other than this I am happy with your service. thanks

I would have liked to give 5 starts, as I'm really very satisfied with TotalAV - with one exception, that handcuffs me into either waiting helplessly - or shutting down and starting the computer up again, (which actually isn't a bad idea once in a while).
And that is when I'm connecting to a TotalAV VPN. Normally, it's quite fast and good.
But when it doesn't connect and hangs up trying, we are given NO options to go stop, cancel and/or try a different country or region.
You have to wait until it decides if it can find the one you chose, and are simply not able to switch if it gets hung up.
Or restart your computer. Annoying, but not a deal breaker.

Total AV is one of the best protection that I have on my computer, it is dependable. I love it.

I like AV because it takes care of my computer without my worrying. never had a problem with it scans on regular bases and keeps me safe.

overall i think the product is very good. two things that could be better first you offered a 75 percent discount and i found i very little coverage. you should be more up front like two package offer a good basic package and best package price not a bunch of different add on offers. second thing was when i could not get on my internet i thought you would have corrected the problem for me without E mailing you. on your main sight make it easy to contact you for help icount on your expertise.

Only issue on one of the devises we have to renew everytime we use. Other than that TotalAV seems fine.

Had problem getting VPN connected to New Zealand but after powering laptop off & on and selecting Australia it worked. I couldn't change the country until i powered off & on then all ok. Great so far, easy & fast.. I'm still learning how to use it, need to listen to the support videos...
