I CANNOT GET TO SPEAK TO ANYONE PERSONALLY. I DON'T KNOW WHY I HAVE PAID FOR A YEAR OF ANTIVIRUS PRO AS WELL AS FOR UNLIMITED DEVICES, I THOUGHT THIS WAS ALL INCLUDED. ALSO, YOU KEEP TELLING ME THAT MY TRIAL OF ANTIVIRUS PRO EXPIRES IN 7 DAYS WHEN I HAVE JUST PAID FOR ANOTHER YEAR! I AM NOT HAPPY.

Does a very credible job of blocking those annoying/aggravating/noxious ads! Do you despise those things as much as I do?!? If so, and based on the initial comment, get this little app. It functions seamlessly in the back-ground to block those things that cause you to tear your hair right out! What more can you ask? Get the app, keep your sanity... AND hair!

Your billing is very difficult - at least to figure ur what you have, what it covers, etc. The other problem I have is that it is very difficult to get support. Every time I contact you by e-mail, or on support page, I am always referred to the support page which does not answer a lot of the questions

So far so good, i have been with Norton. They rebilled without notice, but said they had sent email but I didn't Receive. Along with that came a price increase. I don't need to see you daily, or hear from you.

Impressed with the performance of antivirus capabilities, but are encountering a recent problem. The virus has embedded in my computer. Once the computer is turned on, it managed to switch off the AV software, thus when in use, the virus has an opportunity to infiltrate further.
