My subscription keeps disenabling

I renewed my scription in January and ever since I renewed my system doesn't like it and it keeps disabling. That is not cool. It disables a lot on my laptop I use that a lot for business. I tried to call but I stayed on hold so long until I unhung up.

I used TotalAV for 1 year. Scanning with TotalAV never finds the threats "No threats were detected" even if there were threats detectable with other programs. They renew the subscription without notice for 5x the initial price. They charged 122€ even if on the internet this price is stated nowhere. When asked to cancel the subscription, they play dumb. Never never never subscribe to this program it's total crap!

I've used SYS MECH for years and been very happy with all the tools it has to offer. My last scan of my system, TOTAL AV found 6 BITCOIN MINER.EXE files were dropped on my computer by SYSTEM MECHANIC.
